As an expression of our gratitude and love for these lands, where we eat figs scented with thyme on hot summer days, dive in and out of the cool sea on the deep blue Aegean coast, fill the oil of the olives we harvest from the mountains every year into the cubes under our houses, remove the thorny cocoons in winter and roast our chestnuts in nomad stoves, in short, where we were born and fed; we set out on a journey in 2014 with the aim of giving back to the soil what we took from the soil with the memory of all the people who have passed through here and the hope of those who will pass by.
